I love to design a space of rest and renewal for my clients.

This Signature Treatment is quite unique. Two hands, two brushes, Dr. Hauschka products laid out, organic compresses and being fully present is my preparation in advance of welcoming you. The treatment commences with a deeply grounding Sage essence foot bath whilst in consultation to assess your needs on the day and how you are feeling in yourself and in your skin. You will then be lying down for the treatment in this tranquil environment designed for you where the blissful treatment continues with gentle leg and arm stretches followed by a temperament oil application based on your energy on the day. Neck and shoulder tension release leading into a three-fold deep pore cleansing of your facial skin. You are assisted in rest with rhythmical breath- like movements using lymph stimulation brushes which is the heart of the treatment. The rhythm of the strokes, the process of meeting and release, the rhythmic alternation between rest and movement, heat and cold. An interplay with the polarities that you find in the medicinal garden and when preparing the medicinal plants for Dr. Hauschka products. The wafer-thin lymph capillaries play an important role in the removal of metabolic products and excess tissue fluid. The gentle caress and brush strokes stimulate, relax and unblock the capillaries. The tissue’s self-cleansing function is activated. It detoxifies itself, allowing oxygen and nutrients to access the cells more quickly again. There is a pause before moving on to to application of a nourishing mask with a décolleté rhythmical massage evoking balance and renewal.
The treatment finishes with a gentle stretch and wake up of legs and feet, where you are then invited to have a botanical infusion while you sit and allow the benefits to be felt. Going out into the world lighter and brighter, possibly seeing things from a different perspective.
