Experience a Spring Equinox Sound Bath for a transformative journey to align with the
season's energies. Connect with intentions for renewal, healing, and clarity in a relaxing and rejuvenating session using instruments like gongs and singing bowls.

What happens during a sound bath?

• You will lie on the floor on a yoga mat with a cushion (optional) and a blanket for comfort, closing your eyes.
  The Sound Therapist will begin a guided meditation to help you feel relaxed and settled in the space.
  When the sound begins you will listen as it fills the room.
  Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience.
  The Sound Therapist will guide you out of the journey slowly and ease you back to the room.
  There will be plenty of time to rest and reflect on your journey.

Important note: Sound Baths are for everyone, but in some cases it is advised that if you had major surgery in the past 3 months or you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, it is better to sit this sound bath out . If you have a pacemaker fitted, this is not a therapy for you.
